Pre-call to gather requirements and assess suitability (free of charge).
Desktop research of finance systems, processes, reports, and relevant plans/business collateral such as forecasts, business plans or pitch decks.
Design of bespoke diagnostic workshop session.
Face-to-face session (2, 4 or 8 hours).
Written report of outputs and action roadmap.

Travel and expenses to attend workshop which are done at lowest cost and agreed in advance.
We don’t host the workshop and will attend your office or a mutually agreeable venue such as a hired meeting room (we can help source if required)
Our clients often find it more beneficial to be off-site to foster creativity and minimise distractions.

We will send you an information request list of readily-available business information prior to the diagnostic (e.g. financial reports, existing business plans).
The responses must be received at least one week prior to the workshop to give us time to complete the analysis.
Locations
We travel wherever our clients need us. Although UK-based we work internationally and in a modern world much can be achieved virtually without the need to travel.
