Client 1

In need of a complete strategy overhaul, the business was lost in the day-today and didn’t have a way to sense-check opportunity. The decision making became paralysed as different opportunities were difficult to discern:

  • Reviewed management information and resolved data reporting flows so that consistent and usable information could be fed to management consistently

  • Full strategic workshop with management to identify and formalise the essence of the business across the why, what, and how / values, mission, vision

  • Created a decision making framework for evaluating and scoring opportunities so they could be managed and prioritised

  • Put in place lean and continuous improvement methods for managing constant change and generating ideas from ground-up

  • Helped identify KPIs and Key Risk Indicators for ongoing monitoring and managing

Client 2

Having got in to a bit of a rut with business performance the client was suffering margin erosion primarily from inefficient and broken internal processes. Our contribution was to redesign processes that affect the ‘virtuous circle’ of making employee lives easier and therefore improving customer-experience:

  • Used a data-driven approach to identifying potential areas for review and improvement

  • Understanding the human-centric nature of process change to articulate where processes were breaking down and produced a balanced scorecard of the business impact of this

  • Quantified impact in terms of lost revenue or cost of waste and identified potential solutions and their impact on the balanced scorecard

  • Advised on optimised performance improvements and managed change through teams including full comms and people impact mitigation
